Sour ale brewed with toasted hearth bread made in our wood oven with our sourdough bread culture. Bread is mashed overnight and the lightly souring bread liquor is used to mash in barley and rye malt. The wort is then fermented with our sourdough bread culture for a lightly tart beer that has notes of apple and pear, rising yeast, and a salinity reminiscent of a gose. 4.1% abv
