Frozen Loaf of Scratch Bread
Scratch's house loaf! A 2-lb. multi-grain loaf made with local wheat and rye flour from Janie's Mill, and stone-ground corn from our farm. This is the loaf we normally serve with our cheese and appetizer platters. We baked this last week and froze it immediately to preserve freshness. This is discounted because it was frozen, but tastes great when allowed to defrost and toasted in the oven.
Available for pick up Friday (3/27) from 1 PM to 5 PM; and Saturday (3/28) from 12 PM to 5 PM at Scratch.
