The Homebrewer's Almanac
The Homebrewer's Almanac features 36 plants that add unique character to your beer, which you can grow in your garden, gather from your yard and other wild spaces, or buy from farmer's markets. Chapters focus on individual plants with information about how each has been used historically in food, medicine, and drink, and how we've used them here at Scratch. Recipes are included in each chapter, along with beautiful photographs by our resident photographer, Aaron Kleidon.

Return & Refund Policy
Scratch merchandise may not be returned unless visible proof of damage due to shipping has occurred. Buyer must notify the brewery within a week after arriving at its destination.

Please allow any product two weeks following the order date to arrive at its final destination. Scratch cannot ship anything outside of the continental United States. There is a $5 shipping and handling expense on all orders.
