Wild Food Tasting Workshop

Join Aaron and Marika for a special wild food workshop and tasting. Learn how the plants we harvest from the woods can be made into tea, soda, beer, syrups, even ice cream. The two-hour workshop will teach you how to harvest certain plants and how to turn them into food, with tasting components of all of the different kinds of foods that can be made, including beer and ice cream.

 

There are two workshops, one on Saturday, April 19th from 2:00 to 4:00; and on Saturday, April 26th, from 2:00 to 4:00. The tasting is limited to 15 people.
