We are proud to announce that September 13th is the release date of our book, The Homebrewer's Almanac, a full-color tome with 75 photographs that includes tips and recipes for brewing with farmed and foraged ingredients. The book grew naturally out of techniques we honed while making the unique beer we brew at Scratch. There are few other books on the market that give brewers a complete idea of how to incorporate ingredients other than water, malt, hops, and yeast, using modern brewing methods.
