Barrel-Aged Burdock Bottles

We are excited to say that Barrel-Aged Burdock is the newest addition to our bottle list and now available at the brewery! This dark amber farmhouse beer was brewed with roasted burdock root from our garden, then aged for nine months in puncheons that previously held red wine. With a darker malt profile, the base beer is chocolatey with earthy, roasty, and vanillin notes coming from the burdock, which was toasted in our brick oven. After resting in a puncheon for almost a year, pleasant cherry-like components developed with a lightly acidic finish. This unique and complex beer is packaged in 750 ml bottles at 6.8% alcohol by volume for $20 and is ready for your enjoyment now or can be kept in your home cellar for several years. There will be no reservations on this beer and bottles are available first-come, first-served. Also, stay tuned for more details on our Botanical Beer and Bonfire Festival which will be the first weekend of February! We'll have info on beers and food specials available that weekend.

I had a quick look around, and the interface feels very user-friendly. The structure is logical, and the navigation flows naturally. It’s easy to find what you’re looking for without having to think too much.

Spent a few minutes going through the site, and the experience was quite smooth overall. The way content is grouped helps a lot in understanding where everything is. It doesn’t feel overwhelming, which is something many platforms struggle with.

I checked out the interface for a bit, and it definitely leaves a good impression. The layout feels balanced—not too busy, but still informative. I especially liked how easy it was to switch between sections without getting lost.
